Hi, we use outlook 2013 in our company. we use certificate\private-key (S/MIME) to encrypt and decrypt some of our e-mails.
sometime outlook mis-encrypts the e-mails and it makes them un-decryptable by the recipient and by the sender.
also - sometimes while sending normal unencrypted mail, outlook sends blank e-mails instead.
both cases makes original e-mail content lost forever and causes us data loss and great frustration.
Is this a known bug?
Is there an algorithm \ key length unsupported by outlook?
thanks!
Nadav.
